Mend Peugeot 406 Car

how can i start my peugeot 406????

I have a peugeot 406, been having trouble with the immobilizer, went to start the car and it is not starting. Lights, windows, window wipers etc r working but not engine. How can i short circuit the car to get it working so i can then disable the immobilizer keypad and bypass it??????
