beko AA classic washing machine not taking in water can anyone tell me a so?

This worked for me when it would not take water. Unplugged the machine but left the power button in. Plugged it back in while holding start/pause for about 10 seconds. The light started to flash. I then pushed in the power on off button to switch it off. I switched it back on and all the lights flashed. I then unplugged the machine and plugged it back in. Switched it on at the power and hey presto it pulled water. Not sure if all the steps are required but like I say it worked for me. If not google resetting a Beko washing machine, there might be better instructions. Good luck.
