fix a tilted double glazed door?

what is toe and healing? my door has 6 heads in 3 hinges that look as if they take an allen key. is this wjere youi make the adjustment? the door has dropped down to the right, still closes though is sticking on bottom of frame.

Alan key will adjust, screw top one back & bottom one forward will tilt sash. Toe & Heel is how you pack glass when fitting. In your case adjusters should be enough.
