How can I remove my key which is jammed in my double glazed door?

Is it jammed solid, or does it turn a bit?

If it is jammed solid and won't turn, I'd probably have to see it to tell you the best course of action. But then, I'm a locksmith!

If it turns but you can't get it out, the cam has slipped.

Call a locksmith and have the lock changed - ensure you get a few quotes, try and find someone local, you should be looking around £50 for a new lock fitted. (It might also be worth asking for a better lock, ask about anti-bump locks. If they've never heard of them, go elsewhere!)
