if its the fan element in the main oven all you have to do is remove the metal panel in the back of the oven cavity covering the fan (held on with 4 screws).you then can unscrew the element from inside the oven cavity and carefully pull the wiring through the back attached to the old element.disconnect wires and refit new element in reverse
