Mend AEG 153E Microwave Display Power

I have a microwave - AEG micromat 153E ?

It is not allowing me to adjust the power, time , and will not turn on. However when I press start/quick it adds 30 second time sections to the LED but despite the display registering it will not turn on. Thanks
