Rubber diaphragm in div valve is on its way out - you can buy a repair kit for it, but be careful if you do it wrong water goes onto circuit board and will cost you a fortune, recommend a professional does this particular job, or remove circuit board first good luck

suspect diverter valve? Think it needs to see drop in pressure.. I think the valve requires cleaning, may be rusty spring or build up of lime scale etc..
