Mend Renault Scenic DC1 1.9 DCi

How can I stop the motor cental console on Renault Scenic DC1? ?

the Motor located under the central console on my Renault scenic 1.9 Dci will not stop running, even with ignition off. Is there a fuse that I can remove? How do I get the cental bin out to isolate the motor?
