my 108 cdi 53 reg starts first time . but since the cold whether i went back to my van and found the glow plug light was on. am i right thinking it might be the sensor? and if so which one . been told theres two???
thanks for helping me out. i will have to get a diagnostic done to find out. van has been parked up last 2 weeks in the whether we have just had. use to go out every other day in the morning to start it up and always started. i use to have a vito as a taxi and it came on a couple of times but it would go off and then come on again so i had glow plugs changed. this time it stays on all the time .oh well its all good fun. will add reply when i find out what it was .

usually bad cold starting but you could maybe have just one at fault and the motor would still start though have seen motors struggle even with one at fault,some motors register a fault through the ecu when a glow plug is out which may be why your glow plug light shows but sorry dont know on your model but it would do no harm to have a look at faults stored

faulty heater plugs??? .. what are the symptoms of them being faulty????

you may have faulty heater plugs but would get it plugged into a code reader for a look at faults stored
