I have a 'W' reg Transporter T4 800 special (1.9 diesel engine). I have recently refurbed the solenoid/starter motor and all was well for several weeks. Now the engine turns over slowly and won't start, even with a booster pack. Is this new battery time? Or maybe glow plugs?
