how do i open my front door?

If either the top or bottom of the door has jammed I would advise calling in a Locksmith to release the door and replace what is almost certainly a broken Multi Point Lock.There are so many different makes and models of M.P.L.s on the market that identifying the correct one can be a little daunting to say the least. Your local Locksmith will be able to open the door to rectify the problem quickly without damaging the door itself.
