Mend Sony KV-32CS70U Fault Code Sound

i have a KV-32CS70U Sony Widescreen 100hz tv 5 blinks/flashes fault code?

i have the above tv and the picture has gone but there is still sound and the standby indicator flashes 5 times. The tv itself is only 5 years old and was just wondering is it worth repairing as you can get a 32 flat for about £250

any answers would be gratefully recieved :o)))
