vectra boiling after freezing?

hi vectra b 1999 2.0sri enjine froze thawed it and now running when it gets to about 85 degrees on temp coolant rises in expansion tank and is forced out ,only top part of rad is hot bottom hose is luke warm fans not cutting in at 100 degrees

thanks for your rely westy,takes a good time to get to temp. so im hoping not gasket top and bottom hoses tight whith pressure when hot could rad be blocked still?? if pressure on hoses would pump be faulty? what sott of temp will bring in cooling fans ? also now showing management light thanks again
