problem with heating?

i have a problem with heating system, the thing is that hoses leading to radiator are hot while inside the car the air is cool, now in the winter freezing.....car does not loose the water and when engine s temperature is over 90 degrees, i can feel hot air inside the car but only one side - on left -
do you know what could be a problem?
