How Can I Replace The Griddle on Stoves Newhome 800 DF DOm Double Oven?

I have a Stoves Newhome cooker and the griddle needs replacing (I have a brand new one) the company want a fortune to fit it, does anybody know how I can fit the replacement myself? Any help appreciated.
