How do I get a manual on how to use a Necht oven?

There are four simble on the oven I need to now which one to use for the oven and grill, got no manual with it pls help.

I wouldn't ring the suppliers of Necht. I would ring the manufacturers, there Tel No. is 0161 6223259. Or better still call in and speak to them, the address is :-
