Mend Hotpoint RF64S Light Plugged Fridge

Just moved my Hotpoint RF64S, red light won't go out ?

Having moved house, red light has come on when we plugged the fridge freezer back in, put it in the garage first, realised that it is too cold and have now moved it into the kitchen, warmer conditions, the red light is still showing, has something broken or does it need to get warmed through a bit to get working again?
