Mend Peugeot Boxer Diesel Miles

how do i fix seized brakes ?

I have a 1996 2.5 diesel peugeot boxer with 134000 miles the brakes on the passengers side keep seizing on it. I have changed the pads, discs and free up the calliper can anyone suggest anything else to try?
