In the recent cold spell a pressed-steel radiator on an outside wall was turned off and subsequently froze. The expanding water forced a tiny hole in the radiator panel. This is a large (and expensive) radiator to replace so is there a way to plug this pin hole and continue using the radiator?
Great tip Carefree. I'll get some when the shops open. Would Araldite do as an alternative?

Drain the water from the radiator, use fernox lsx around the damaged area, spread liberally, put a coin over the hole, allow to dry, then refill the radiator.
Not brillant looking, but effective as a semi-permernant repair.
