Mend Hotpoint WM83 Washing Machine Water Level

Hotpoint wm83 washing machine?

how can you adjust the amount of water the presure switch lets in to the machine? it only fills half way. the seems to be three adjustment screws on the presure switch are these to adjust how much water enters the machine?
