machine not working properly?

my needle is not picking up stitches from bobbin, it is all a tangle below, I have checked all the tensions. It was ok at first, stitched fine, then next day it all went wrong for no reason. Also the needle jams halfway. HELP !!!

Sounds like it needs retiming, if you type my address as you say it not as you see it I will attach instructions to retime.
