Mend Samsung HLN5065W Picture Audio Green

Can anyone provide some diagnostic assistance?

Samsung HLN5065W - no picture only audio. Green "lamp" indicator light blinking, not all 3 lights. TV repeatedly cycles itself on and off. Wondering if this is a lamp, DMD board, colour wheel, or fan problem.
