Mend Baxi Bahama 100 Boiler Heating Flow Switch

baxi bahama 100?

I have the above boiler and the heating work fine, the hot water however keeps cutting out and water goes cold. I have changed the flow switches but nothing has changed.
Any ideas

I have used two containers of sentinal 1800 to clean the DHE, I have noticed that if the water remains luke warm then the boiler remains on, it is only when the water get very warm that it cuts out. What is the best way to check the hw sensor please
