No disply on main user interface i'm getting power from spur which powers up clock i've checked power up to main board fuse is fine and checked all connection but still nothing

That would be F28 not E28? Failure in ignition.

Make sure the gas is on and available and the condense pipe is not blocked, without going into greater detail, you would be looking to the gas valve, a job for an RGI
