i need help with my peugeot 106 1.5xnd 1998?

while driving the 30 amp fuse blew and the battery light came on and i lost indicators and wipers although the heater blower, radio, lights and hazard indicators still work. i have disconnected the alternator and wipers and it still blows the fuse when i turn the ignition key to the first position, please can anyone help.
