Mend Electrolux EOB53001X Element Replacement Cooker

What is the part called ?

Can anyone tell me what the part is on a eob53001x cooker it fits on the side of the grill element at the back has 2 wires 1x orange and 1x black just changed the element looks like this part needs replacing because the fan runs all the time, ( not the cooker fan must be a other one )
