Mend Motorola SJU61152RB Work Months Button

My motorola Irokr is locked up, only 3 keys work, how can I reset it?

This phone is only 3 months old and the toggle button will only work to the left, the volume key in up and the # 3&4 keys plus the power onand off...nothing else works...so can not get to setting sor anything...help! It is a Motorola Irokr SJU61152RB, 35687500179502.
