Mend Alpha CD24 Boiler Temperature Thermostat

Alpha Combi overheating?

In the last few days my heating and water temp goes sky high even if thermostat is on low to the point where it reaches boiling point. I have an Alpha CD24 combi. Money tight and would like to repair it myself if possible.
