How do I put my Ideal Standard Twico flush back together?

I took the lid of my cistern as it was running all the time,now I can't get the flush back together again

I think it just needs lining up Sue, as you lower the lid on to the cistern. They take a bit of juggling sometimes but generally fix back together. Make sure any flat or round bits line up together before matching them back up again as you lower the lid.
