Mend Worcester 40CDi Combi Boiler No Hot Water Central Heating

No hot water - problem with Worcester 40CDi combi boiler?

I have no hot water from my Worcester 40CDi combi boiler but the central heating is working. What is the problem? Is it due to the cold weather and snow?

Assume that you have cold water, so not frozen pipes. try resetting the boiler, check the settings, is it set for HW+ CH or just CH. If no reset. switch it of wait 30 secs back on. Try turning Ch off, leave it just for HW.
If that fails, sounds like the valve is stuck, or electronic problem. you will need someone in.
