Mend Ideal Isar M30100 Thermistor Heating Error Code

how can i fix my ideal isar m30100 ?

my heating has packed in. when i turn it on at the wall nothing happens then later it kicks in. its flashing H 3 on the status bar. the manual suggests the thermistor might need replaced. how easy is this?
