First ensure the cooker is switched off at the mains.You will need to remove the back plate. Undo screws with a small screwdriver about 10 screws in our case and lift gently. You will then be able to remove the old fan motor and fit it with a new one. Depending whether it is a Neff part or a compatible part some fiddling around may be required. Check the fan is working before replacing back plate.
