how to remove back plate from neff u1420 to fit new fan motor?

we are trying to fit a new fan motor to our u1420 oven how do we remove the back plate. do we need to remove oven from housing

First ensure the cooker is switched off at the mains.You will need to remove the back plate. Undo screws with a small screwdriver about 10 screws in our case and lift gently. You will then be able to remove the old fan motor and fit it with a new one. Depending whether it is a Neff part or a compatible part some fiddling around may be required. Check the fan is working before replacing back plate.
