Mend Smeg DWF409 SS Dishwasher Blockages Appliance

Smeg DWF409 SS (4 years old)?

The dishwasher cycle starts but does not finish, the dishes are reasonable clean, but there is water in the bottom. I have checked for blockages, but it seems ok. The lights on the right hand side are all on, when you turn the machine on but the first light is dim. Means nothing in the instructions.
