My card reader will not recognise my sky card which i know works as i have only just changed to this sat + box. Can you help is there anything i can do? Thanks, Jo.
Thanks for that but have aready checked with sky who have said it is faulty so just wondererd if there was a way of repairing it. Jo.

If you did not get the new box from Sky and you have any Premium channels like movies and sport, you will need to get the card 'paired' to the box by Sky.
If you got the new box from Sky call them.
