dylaN 125 2003 wont start?

That wont stop it starting mate its just a message on the clocks to tell you the oil needs changing just turn the bike off hold down the reset button and turn the ignition on keeping the button down it will reset it.but your starting problem is not related it may just need a new spark plug in it

how do you know it needs oil change have ou checked level? Hondas go on forever and take some breaking.
Check Oil Level- too low or none and you may have problems. The only cut off I am aware of is a seized engine, sorry.
Change plug
Check for spark.
