there are numerous faults -is engine turning fast enough,is correct grade of engine oil being used,are heater plugs all working,are engine earth and battery leads all clean and tight and making good connections,is hand primer on filter head ok and not drawing air,also check fuel pipes down back of engine for chaffing and drawing air,is battery correct amp/hour for your vehicle? also could be starter itself at fault. hope this helps.
