Could a power outage cause my picture to mess up?

hi again.it may also be a a bright raster with fly back lines though normally the bottom of the picture would not be missing in this case the ht would be absent on the tube base its also known for the tubes pack in on sonys if you only want advice on what to do with it rarther than repair it yourself then choose a shop that offors a free quote

it sounds like a frame problem which is not normally serious'iand is repairable'depending on your experience i could help you repair it send more imfo
