You will have to replace it, any auto parts store will have it, sold in lenghts in inches. However you will need to bend it to shape without kinking it, and all the fasteners will be frozen with corrosion, especially the bleeding screws. You will have to bleed(remove air) the lines after the repair, and add brake fluid.If you have never done it before you will have a difficult time doing it successfully. Read a few manuals and get some tools. Not recommended for shadetree mechanics without experience.
