Mend Hotpoint WMA30 Remove Front Panel

Hotpoint WMA30. How to remove front panel?

How do I remove the front panel on my Hotpoint WMA30? I can undo the 2 screws under the lower pull-off panel but I can't readily see how to remove the top screws under the control panel. Does the control panel simply pull off? I don't want to end up by breaking any plastic parts.
