how can i fix my?

ford fiesta 2000 just got new batt (cold killed old one) went to start it up nothing, the engine do`nt even turn over any suggest's on what it might be

have you connected all leads/wires on battery?is earth lead on engine tight/clean and good connection [believe it or not i have known someone to have left plastic terminal covers on and fitted leads over them ]just a thought!is new battery fully charged?
