206cc central locking?

hi guys I need help,I have a 206cc 2001,the central locking dosen't work.When you place the key in the drivers door all it does is lock that door,you cannot hear it activating the other door.Iv'e checked all connections and between the door and car(black rubber) and can't find anything wrong.When you press the remote you can hear it at the fuse box but there is no movement in the central locking
