Creda Simplicity Dryer TVR2 Drive Belt Broken?

I have taken the back off & the Top cover.
How do you replace the belt ? It looks as if it is a major strip down.
I am a competent technician

What I am also worried about the machine is clogged with fluff in the top
around all the controls. The back panel was choked.
We clean filter every time we use it.
Why should it build up? Fire Hazard??
It is 5.5 years old. Very noisy & no way of lubricating the bearings.
