Mend Hotpoint Ultima 6kg Leak Washing Machine Rubber Seal

hotpoint ultima 6kg washing machine internal leak?

as soon as i turn on the water leaks out the bottom of machine very fast. looked underneath can not see any splits or loose joints etc. Water is around the black rubber seal.
what may it be, any help please.
