Mend Worcester Boiler Fine Hot

Worcester oil boiler lock out?

only locks out when the heating in on works fine on hot water. changed the 3 way activator valve . still the same.runs for 3 heat ups on heating then lock out but if i turn off heating the lock out light goes out. any help.
