help with turning on my tv?

hi i have a standard baier tv do not no the model number its av button is pushed in so cant turn tv on with out remote and yesterday the remote had a accident with water and now is not functioning i opened it up dryed it put new battries still wont work tv is about 4 years old please help wot shall i do?
