The lower oven in my Neff U1421 trips out as soon as i turn it on, the top oven is working fine and the oven does not effect other electric supplieswithin the house

when you say cut out do you mean trip your electrics or just the cooker going off for a while and then coming back on?
tripping usually is down to elements failing.there insulation value drops so low it trips the trip switch
ovens cutting out on there own is usually down to cooling fans not starting up
