Mend Sportcraft TX400 Treadmill Repair Motor

How do i fix my sportcraft tx400 treadmill?

my sportcraft tx400 traedmill is not moving the way it's supposed too. The motor seems to be lagging then when i get off it stops and to off then all the lights go off except a number 1. What do i do?
