raven combi boiler rsf820/20 no hot water or heating?

cant get the burner to kickin in summer or winter mode , when trying to light you get the pilot light on but it goes out soon as you let go off the gas control/ ignition button. The light does'nt come on the power switch but there is power to the main board and the fan runs when you switch the power on, and ideas please
