i have recently bought mcafee security centre for my pc but when i try to install it i can only install virus scan and personal firewall plus then i get a message saying that there was an error and that it couldnt install the other two services :privacy service and spam killer. I have tried installing it several times but keep getting that same message.Does anyone know why it is doing this and how to get the last two programmes installed please?

It would help no end if you say what you are trying to install the product on: e.g. PC Brand and configuration including what Operating System you are using.
You say that you are getting a message - sharing that nmessage would help too.
