Change a Ford Focus Reversing light bulb?

I own a Ford Focus 2001 Hatchback and both my Reversing light bulb and fog light bulb has gone out. I am asking how I can change these bulbs. I am guessing that I have to go behind the rear bumper and release something and take the unit out, but any advice would be appreciated.
